All life castings, whether hands feet, bodies or faces, are done with 100% safe, non-toxic alginate, similar to products used in high-end spas and salons for seaweed wraps.

The following is a short overview of the face casting process:

Step 1. Alginate is applied to area to be cast

The face is covered in alginate with the exception of the nostrils.

Step 2. Cheese cloth is applied to the alginate

Step 3. Plaster is painted over the top of the Cheese cloth to provide a rigid outer shell

Step 4. The plaster is allowed to set up and harden. Then the mold is removed

Step 5. Mold is filled with desired casting material.

Step 6. The casting is removed, but clean up needs to be done.

Step 7. The final casting after clean up.
